These terms apply when you use tipsytrumpet.com (the “Site”) or send messages to Tipsy Trumpet, 615 Bourbon St., New Orleans, LA 70130 (“Tipsy Trumpet”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or messaging us, you agree to them.

We keep the menus, prices, live music schedule, hours and event packages on the Site up to date, but they can change without notice and may contain mistakes. The prices and terms we confirm with you at the bar, on your receipt or in your event contract are the ones that apply.

Private events

Sending the event form on the Site is a request, not a booking. An event is confirmed only when our events team confirms it with you and any contract or deposit is in place.

Messaging us, including on Google Search and Maps

You can message Tipsy Trumpet through Google Search and Google Maps. Some of those messages may be answered by an automated assistant that uses the information in our Google Business Profile and on this Site. Automated answers are for general information only and may be incomplete or out of date. For private events, large groups, allergies or anything important, please confirm with our team by calling (504) 327-5228, or our events office at (504) 525-3661 ext. 1.

  • A member of our team may read and take over any conversation.
  • Please don’t send payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information by message.
  • Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
  • You can stop at any time by no longer messaging us, or by replying STOP where your messaging app supports it.

Using the Site

The text, photos, logos and other content on the Site belong to Tipsy Trumpet or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but please don’t copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without asking us. Don’t try to disrupt the Site or use it for anything unlawful.

The Site links to other websites, such as social media, maps and our sister restaurants. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limits of responsibility

The Site and our automated messaging are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Tipsy Trumpet is not liable for losses that come from using them or relying on information in them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Louisiana or federal law that cannot be limited.
